• Select witnesses from large body of witness accounts likely to fit theory
• Discard witnesses who do not support "northside flyover"
  • Accuse the more visible such contrary witnesses of being complicit
  • If contrary witness speaks up, accuse of being an agent
• If witness supports "northside flyover" designate "CONTACTED, CONFIRMED"
• Present exclusively "northside flyover" witnesses in videos
  • Cover up exclusion of contrary witnesses by lying
• Treat testimony of crash by same witnesses as irrelevant
• Intimidate, harass, slander anyone exposing CIT methods
  • Publicly accuse researchers of being "DISINFO"
  • Publish enemies list
